Jenny Ireland Miller is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFC #93406).  Her theoretical orientation is an integrative approach of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy.  She is committed to providing her clients with a safe, confidential, judgment-free environment.  Jenny invests in her clients fully and focuses on creating a healthy and supportive relationship. She helps you build confidence and work through challenges so you can create the life you want.

 

Her professional experience encompasses a wide range of areas  including inpatient care for adolescents, emergency care and case management for adults and children in crisis, serving families and couples, and serving homeless young adults in a housing program dealing with substance use, complex trauma and other mental illnesses. Through her past experiences and training, Jenny has gained the expertise to work competently with those who have experienced traumatic events and those who are having difficulty adjusting to a variety of life events.

 

Jenny holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Francisco.
